3-4:30PM Delucas Speed & Agility / Strength & Conditioning (Did Strength work with older kids today)
Went back over to Zacks and worked on more speed work tonight. BIG DAY of work for him! He is starting to see big gains in speed and strength and it is motivating him to work harder. He beat what used to be the fastest kid in his grade in a race today. Think that really showed him that his hard work is paying off.
