Pitching
He Threw a 40 Pitch Bullpen.  Velocity has increased a lot in the last month or so.  He is up to about 55 Consistently and occasionaly getting a few MPH harder at times.  Chris Nygaard has really helped him with proper roation coming out of his hand which has really helped him not cut the ball.
