Sway finally started feeling better after having a stomach virus since Weds.

Catching Workout (with CV Vargas)
  •  10 Min of throwing working up to Long Toss
  • Receiving
    • Tennis Ball  Bare Hand Receiving Drill 40 Balls (With All Star Training Mitt)
      • In, Middle Away
    •  Real Balls x 50 Balls
      • In, Middle, Away
    • Real Balls Further Back (Simulate Live Pitching) x 30
  • Throw Down to Second x 35 Balls 
      • Focus on Footwork and Staying low
  • Blocking Routine (20 Min Routine)
    • Rolling Tennis Balls
    • Perfect Block
    • Side to Side Blocks
    • Receive / Mix in Blocks
Ground Balls x 50

Note: We need to continue to work on his approach to the ball and Right Left Field.  He needs to be lower and have his glove down earlier and more out in front.  Backhands and forehands his is amazing. The amount of range he has for his age is awesome, but balls hit right to him we need to work on footwork through the ball.
