Avalanche Practice in Lake City 11-2PM
Sway did really well today @ his first practice with The Avalanche. He fits in very well with them. He hit great and also did very well Catching.
Tonight we did 50 Ground balls and 20 Middle Infield Transfers with Flat Glove
20 Lower Half Explosions Left Handed
